Responsibilities

- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt strategies to determine the most effective approaches for various use cases.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, or inconsistencies, and iterate on prompts to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define the requirements for AI-driven features.
- Create comprehensive documentation and libraries of prompt templates for future use.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technology to apply cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, style, and tone.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A deep curiosity about how AI models work and how humans interact with technology.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
