- Develop & Refine Prompts: Create complex, multi-turn prompts to guide AI models to produce accurate, high-quality, and contextually relevant responses.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze the outputs of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tune prompts to reduce bias and improve efficiency.
- User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to design conversational flows that provide seamless user interactions.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing of prompt variations to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of prompt libraries, best practices, and optimization strategies for the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate precise, logical instructions for AI models.
- Learning Agility: A high degree of curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies during our paid training phase.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous nature when reviewing text for errors or inconsistencies in AI generation.
- Basic Tech Comfort: Familiarity with web browsers and basic software tools; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus but not required.
