Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create highly effective prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output accuracy and relevance for business applications.
- A/B Testing: Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests on various prompt structures to determine the most efficient pathways for data generation.
- Model Training: Assist in the fine-tuning and evaluation processes of proprietary AI models by providing high-quality training data and feedback loops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate prompt-based features into core products.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and methodologies for the engineering team.
- Algorithmic Debugging: Identify and resolve edge cases where AI outputs deviate from expected logic or safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and the capabilities/limitations of LLMs.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for tone, nuance, and clarity.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured prompts that yield actionable results.
