Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard).
- Conduct iterative testing and evaluation of prompt outputs to ensure accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt strategies into larger AI workflows.
- Analyze user feedback and model performance metrics to continuously improve prompt engineering methodologies.
- Create documentation and guidelines for prompt best practices within the organization.
- Maintain and update existing prompt libraries to adapt to new model capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, linguistics, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI interaction.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and basic understanding of JSON formatting.
- Experience with prompt engineering frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, Promptfoo).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically about edge cases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
