Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure accurate and context-aware outputs.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompt structures to maximize model performance and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to integrate prompt engineering workflows directly into production pipelines.
- Analyze user feedback loops to continuously improve the user experience and model reliability.
- Stay abreast of the rapidly evolving landscape of Generative AI and propose innovative solutions for complex business problems.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to onboard junior team members effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or LLM fine-tuning within a professional setting.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and GPT series models.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face, LangChain, or PyTorch.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in language nuances.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable prompts.
