Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-impact prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Analyze model outputs to identify errors, biases, or hallucinations and iterate on prompt structures to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate complex requirements into effective prompt engineering strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, prompt libraries, and best practice guides for internal teams.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to measure performance metrics and user engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, their capabilities, limitations, and underlying mechanisms.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and automating prompt workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience working with AI APIs and fine-tuning models is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
