Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high-quality, contextually relevant, and safe outputs.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iteratively improve model behavior.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our product pipeline.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications
