Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Analyze model outputs to identify patterns, biases, and areas for improvement in prompt structure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into effective AI workflows.
- Execute A/B testing strategies to compare different prompt variations and maximize response accuracy.
- Document prompt libraries and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI model capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into simple steps.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus but not required for the training phase.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced training environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field preferred.
