Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, and Llama to ensure high-quality output.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative analysis to measure prompt effectiveness and optimize response accuracy.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt engineering methodologies, best practices, and training datasets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate prompt-based features into production environments.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and prompt engineering techniques to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
- User Feedback: Analyze user interactions and feedback loops to identify areas for prompt improvement and system adjustment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, computational linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail, tone, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable prompt strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
