Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Create, test, and iterate on complex prompt chains to maximize the accuracy and utility of AI models.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze LLM outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, and performance bottlenecks; implement guardrails to ensure safety and compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and designers to define user personas and refine interaction flows.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and architectural patterns for the engineering team.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize existing prompts for speed, relevance, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Research & Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI to continuously improve our systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or AI interaction design with a focus on LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar LLM platforms; familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a knack for creative problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
