Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and custom models to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Analyze model responses to identify biases, errors, and hallucinations, implementing iterative improvements to prompt structures.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into the AI development lifecycle.
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.
- Test and validate prompt variations in various contexts to ensure robustness and adaptability across different user demographics.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and prompt engineering techniques to continuously innovate our AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing skills.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
