Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to optimize the performance of AI models.
- Analyze model outputs to identify areas for improvement in logic, tone, and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our production workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and LLM technology.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Create documentation and guidelines for internal teams regarding effective AI usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role within an AI/ML environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and their capabilities.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and iterate on solutions quickly.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
