Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Craft complex, high-performance prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure accuracy and tone alignment.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize model output quality and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Documentation: Establish comprehensive prompt libraries, style guides, and best practice documentation for the engineering team.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP, transformer architecture, and generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or content strategy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Language Mastery: Exceptional command of English grammar, rhetoric, and creative writing.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex language model behaviors.
