The Role:
You will be responsible for the design, testing, and optimization of prompts that guide AI behavior. Your work will directly impact user experience, data accuracy, and the overall efficiency of our products.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create complex, multi-step prompts to achieve specific AI outputs for various use cases.
- Model Training: Fine-tune prompts to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
- Testing & Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to identify the most effective strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define AI requirements and user journeys.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, generative AI, and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of how LLMs process and generate language (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard).
- Tool Mastery: Proficient in using AI writing assistants and prompt engineering platforms.
