The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and optimization of prompts used across our product suite. Your work will directly impact user experience, model output quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to elicit optimal responses from Large Language Models.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative experiments to optimize prompt performance and reduce hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt strategies into production pipelines.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to continuously improve conversational flows and user satisfaction.
- Document prompt libraries and establish best practices for prompt engineering across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing, with a strong focus on AI interaction.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Bard) and their capabilities/limitations.
- Experience fine-tuning models or working with API integrations (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and formulate structured solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory.
