Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop and refine complex prompt strategies for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize model performance and output quality.
- Workflow Integration: Integrate prompt engineering best practices into existing software development workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Testing & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to evaluate effectiveness and iteratively improve model responses.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and model behavior guidelines for internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align AI capabilities with user needs and business goals.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering success.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how Large Language Models (LLMs) function.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and nuance.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI outputs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
