Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific outcomes.
- Iterate on prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Analyze model outputs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in prompt structure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to integrate prompt logic into broader AI systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
- Create documentation and guidelines for prompt best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and how they process language.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, nuance, and style.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems through text.
- Experience with AI tools, APIs, or basic programming (Python preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
