Responsibilities
- Design and engineer complex, context-aware prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and other state-of-the-art LLMs.
- Conduct rigorous testing and iteration to optimize prompt accuracy, tone, and output quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt strategies into broader AI workflows.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to continuously refine prompt engineering best practices.
- Document prompt libraries and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and generative AI to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or technical writing with a strong command of the English language.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, and their underlying mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex user requirements into clear, actionable instructions.
- High degree of self-motivation and autonomy required for flexible, remote work arrangements.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
