Responsibilities
- Develop and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Conduct iterative testing and analysis of prompts to optimize response accuracy and creativity.
- Build and maintain a standardized library of prompts for various use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into effective prompt strategies.
- Analyze user feedback to continuously improve prompt performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL is a strong plus.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
