Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt templates for GPT-4, Claude, and other state-of-the-art LLMs.
- Analyze model outputs to ensure accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI use cases.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt strategies to optimize performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts and transformer models.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and creative writing.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote or hybrid setting.
