Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)

- Develop documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Analyze model behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Create training materials for AI integration teams
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Certification in AI/ML (preferred)
- Experience with enterprise AI deployment (bonus)
