What You'll Do:
Design and implement innovative prompt engineering strategies to enhance AI model outputs for diverse applications including customer support, content generation, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompts with business objectives and user needs. Continuously test and iterate on prompts using A/B methodologies to improve accuracy, relevance, and creativity. Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and contribute to our proprietary prompt optimization framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes
- Create prompt libraries and documentation for scalable AI deployment across departments
- Conduct prompt performance analysis using quantitative metrics and qualitative user feedback
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt efficacy
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices and ethical AI usage guidelines
- Research and implement advanced techniques like few-shot learning and chain-of-thought prompting
- Maintain version control for prompt iterations and document optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field
- Expertise with LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Proficiency in Python and prompt optimization frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written communication ability to craft precise, context-rich prompts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
