- Monitor AI output quality and implement iterative prompt improvements
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry benchmarks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-related roles
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot AI-generated responses
- Excellent written communication with ability to craft nuanced instructions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Familiarity with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
