Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompt strategies to maximize model accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze output data to identify patterns, biases, and areas for improvement in prompt structures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt-driven workflows into production systems.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on advanced prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest AI research and advancements to continuously evolve our prompting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role within a tech environment.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a deep understanding of tone, nuance, and rhetoric.
- Experience working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable prompt steps.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL is a plus for data-driven optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with provided top-tier equipment.
