Your Role:
- Develop and refine complex prompt architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompts to improve user engagement and system performance.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously evolve our AI interaction models.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact prompts for various AI models, including GPT-4, Claude, and Midjourney.
- Optimize prompt chains and context windows to handle complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI responses against human-generated standards.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for internal team knowledge sharing.
- Identify and troubleshoot edge cases in AI behavior to ensure robust deployment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Experience with AI tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LangChain is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
