Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality and accuracy.

- Collaborate closely with data scientists and researchers to iterate on model behavior and interaction flows.
- Analyze user feedback and error logs to refine prompt strategies and improve the overall UX of AI interactions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI research to apply cutting-edge techniques to our products.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or content strategy with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, NLP, and how Large Language Models process and generate text.
- Proficiency in using developer tools and APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, concise, and effective natural language instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt strategies based on data.
