Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts to guide Large Language Models (LLMs) toward high-quality, accurate outputs.
- Conduct extensive A/B testing and analysis of model responses to refine prompt structures and improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our broader AI infrastructure.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and usage guidelines to ensure team-wide consistency.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to implement innovative solutions.
- Evaluate the ethical implications of AI outputs and adjust prompts to mitigate bias and ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field with a strong focus on language precision.
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, specifically how LLMs function, process context, and generate text.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language used for interacting with AI APIs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable instructions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating prior work with AI models or advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field is preferred.
