Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents to maximize accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and iteration cycles to fine-tune model outputs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt strategies into production workflows.
- Analyze user interactions to identify patterns and improve the overall user experience with AI tools.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in prompt engineering and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to ensure scalability across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or AI interaction design.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Model architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable prompt strategies.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
