Responsibilities
- Design & Test Prompts: Create complex, multi-turn prompts to guide AI models toward desired outcomes and behaviors.
- Refine Outputs: Critique and iterate on AI-generated responses to improve quality and coherence.
- Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate with the product team to ideate new ways to utilize AI for user engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Identify edge cases and potential biases in AI responses and report findings to senior engineers.
- Documentation: Maintain a library of effective prompt templates and documentation for internal use.
- Learning & Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest trends in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering techniques.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
