Responsibilities
- Master Prompt Architecture: Design, develop, and rigorously test high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize User Experience: Analyze user behavior and model responses to iteratively refine prompt structures, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into broader AI development cycles.
- Evaluate Model Performance: Conduct A/B testing and qualitative analysis to measure the impact of different prompt strategies on user satisfaction and task completion rates.
- Develop Guidelines: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and style guides for prompt usage across the organization to ensure consistency.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research emerging AI tools, methodologies, and ethical considerations to keep our technology cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience working with LLMs, specifically GPT-4, Claude, or similar transformer-based models.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning fundamentals.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and the ability to write scripts for data automation and analysis.
- Creativity: Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail, nuance, and tone in both technical and creative contexts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to debug complex prompt chains and troubleshoot AI outputs.
