Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for production AI systems
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for diverse use cases
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities
- Document prompt libraries and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI integration
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
- Ability to translate complex requirements into prompts
- Excellent written communication skills
