Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Craft complex, multi-turn prompts that maximize the performance of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for specific business use cases.
- Output Refinement: Analyze model responses to identify weaknesses and iteratively refine prompt structures to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Library Management: Develop and maintain a scalable library of prompts for various departments, including marketing, customer support, and R&D.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of different prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies for user engagement.
- Documentation: Document prompt engineering best practices and create comprehensive guides for internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into the broader AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or technical writing with a focus on AI/ML interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how LLMs function.
- Tools: Proficiency in using AI tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python and SQL is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
