Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine advanced prompts for large language models and AI systems
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt effectiveness and model accuracy
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Document prompt libraries and engineering frameworks for team scalability
- Analyze model outputs to identify bias, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Expertise with transformer-based models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks and evaluation metrics
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for prompt testing automation
