- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Create prompt templates for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and retail sectors
- Document prompt architectures and best practices for team knowledge sharing
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and implement refinements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production LLM deployments
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and prompt engineering frameworks
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques and parameter-efficient methods
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating model outputs and identifying biases
