Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs)

- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt engineering with model capabilities
- Create prompt templates for diverse use cases including customer service, content generation, and data analysis
- Monitor and improve prompt performance through iterative refinement
- Document prompt engineering best practices and share knowledge across teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production-level LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and AI model limitations
- Expertise in crafting context-aware prompts for complex tasks
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Experience with MLOps tools for prompt versioning and deployment
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt specifications
