Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct iterative testing, analysis, and optimization of AI-generated content to ensure consistency and brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Product Managers, to define requirements and implement AI-driven features.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompts and prompt templates for various use cases.
- Analyze AI behavior and performance metrics to troubleshoot issues and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI technology to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or software engineering with a focus on user interaction.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
