Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create and refine complex prompt engineering strategies for various LLMs, including GPT-4 and Claude, to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Iterative Testing: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to evaluate AI performance, analyze results, and implement iterative improvements based on feedback loops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing applications and infrastructure.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries, system architectures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor AI outputs for potential biases, safety concerns, and hallucinations, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, AI training, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects.
- Language Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of grammar, tone, and language nuances.
