Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for natural language processing models
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable templates for enterprise applications
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iterate improvements
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Monitor emerging AI trends and adapt prompt strategies accordingly
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction
- Expertise in designing prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
