Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 framework, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
- Define and drive the AI roadmap for the next 5 years, integrating emerging technologies into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and product managers to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in high-traffic production environments.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable production systems using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
