Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive innovation through research and proof-of-concept development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
