Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex, distributed systems that are resilient, high-performance, and scalable for future demands.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Architect a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and guiding technical decision-making across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect proprietary data and user privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of innovating and implementing solutions 2-3 years ahead of the current market trends.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
