Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design strategy and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography and color
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
