Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
