Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Execute A/B tests and usability studies to optimize user flows
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Maintain and evolve component libraries for consistency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
- Strong communication skills with remote team experience
