Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
