Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop responsive design systems and component libraries for consistent brand experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions and iterate based on feedback
- Present design rationale and user-centered approaches to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to drive design optimizations
- Stay current with UX trends, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and emerging design tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 5+ complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research, including persona development and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
