Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop user flows, information architecture, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user engagement and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews and surveys
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
