Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research including usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and align design with business goals
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with interactive elements
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ completed projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools with prototyping capabilities
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process from research to final design
