Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to define user journeys and information architecture
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate actionable feedback
- Document design decisions and maintain up-to-date design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and design impact
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation awareness
