Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for consistent user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize product interfaces
- Present design concepts and justify decisions through user-centered rationale
- Contribute to design documentation and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design iterations
